Black Bean Brownies |

Ingredients:
- One box pre-packaged brownie mix, preferably with chocolate chipsr
- One 15 oz. Can of black beans (unseasoned), drained and rinsed well
- One cup water
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to temperature stated on the box instructions.
2. Spray a 9x13 (more, thinner brownies) or 8x8 (fewer, thicker brownies) pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a food processor or blender, puree the beans, adding the water so the mixture has a smooth consistency.
4. With the brownie mix in a mixing bowl, add the bean mixture and stir until just combined, about 50 strokes. Pour into pan and bake as instructed on box.
5. Cool before cutting. Serve alone or with a scoop of frozen yogurt, just don't tell people how you made them! They'll never know.
